In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to reassure our clients and partners that we are doing our very best to ensure that everyone involved in our business is looked after and protected.
We will be following guidelines and advice set out by W.H.O and Public Health Wales, ensuring that any changes are implemented immediately.
As it currently stands, no member of staff has been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, has contracted the virus or has returned from any of the affected areas abroad.
Due to the nature of our business, face to face contact is usually required on a daily basis, however, we will be implementing the following to minimise risk:
- where possible, face-to-face meetings will be held over video conference or postponed;
- increased cleaning of our office facilities and equipment;;
- regularly speaking with clients and partners to ensure that our staff are not at risk by visiting their locations; and
- promotion of good hand hygiene.
If we are made aware of any staff members who have come in to contact with COVID-19 or have contracted it, we will follow all W.H.O and Public Health Wales guidelines at that time.
Please be re-assured that we are doing everything possible to minimise the risk of this pandemic to our staff, clients and partners during this difficult time.
