Having previously completed ILM levels 4 & 5 qualifications with Educ8, I found them hugely beneficial to my professional development and wanted to continue to add to my vocational learning.
When I heard about the Digital Skills for Business qualification from Aspire 2Be, I thought it sounded ideal for me.
I really liked the sound of the course content and unit titles, particularly as I wanted to brush up on my digital skills. The digital workshops were what really swung the deal for me, as they seemed to be exactly what I was after.
I’ve found the course really positive so far, and have enjoyed getting to grips with new skills and software. Since being on the course, I have started a new role at Nuaire as ‘Technical Training and Competence Officer’. It’s been great to have my employer’s support, and the course will help in this new role, which puts great emphasis on creating digital resources and presentations. I’ve already been magpie-ing little tips to use going forward!
I’ve found the support from my trainer coach, Andy, beneficial, and he has given me a wealth of knowledge and resources for the course. He has been very understanding and uses each session to get the most out of me. The marking criteria is concise, and I know what is expected of me for each learning outcome. Feedback is also clear and easy to follow.
As expected, the workshops have been worth their weight in gold. These are delivered excellently, and I really enjoy being able to work on the course materials in context as the trainer delivers the presentation.
I would highly recommend this course to others, I’m always happy to add to my vocational qualifications and this has been an excellent string to add to the bow!
