Undertaking the Digital Skills for Business course has been a highly positive experience for Samuel Hiller, giving him the opportunity to develop both practical and theoretical skills that support his day-to-day role.
From the beginning, Samuel found the course engaging due to its balance of hands-on learning and knowledge-based content. Being able to explore different processes and applications, particularly when creating documents and spreadsheets, has helped him build confidence while developing skills that are directly relevant to his work.

Support throughout the course has also played an important role in his journey. His Trainer Coach, Clare, has provided ongoing guidance, helping him navigate both technical challenges and assignment requirements.
The flexibility of the programme has made it easier for Samuel to balance learning with work and home life. Monthly assignments provide a manageable pace, while platforms such as Smart Assessor give him access to supporting resources whenever needed, helping him stay organised and on track.
Alongside, Samuel is also taking on additional smaller modules to further strengthen his skills in the applications he uses every day, continuing to build his confidence and capability.
Looking ahead, he is focused on completing the qualification and is keen to explore further learning opportunities in the future.
