Support for adults in Wales to retrain,
upskill and return to work

ReAct+

The ReAct+ programme provides eligible adults with financial support to access training courses that improve employability and help transition into new careers. The programme focuses on high-demand skills and qualifications that are valued by employers across Wales, supporting adults who are unemployed or facing redundancy.

What is ReAct+ funding?

ReAct+ is a Welsh Government–funded programme that offers support for people in Wales who have been made redundant recently or are under formal notice of redundancy. Through this programme, eligible adults living in Wales can receive a training award of up to £1500 to support them in their journey to return to work.

This funding enables those trying to re-enter the labour market to build on their qualifications and skills, increasing their opportunities for re-employment. Training delivered through ReAct+ is delivered flexibly by our expert tutors and is aimed at helping learners build skills that are in demand.

You may be eligible for the ReAct+ programme if you:
