Leading Digital Change - ILM Level 7 is an accredited short course designed to empower senior leaders to thrive in fast-moving organisations and develop practical skills that can be used instantly.
Accredited by ILM, the programme provides a focused route to upskilling while still delivering a recognised qualification at Level 7. Across 10 credits, you will explore real-world scenarios and complete guided activities that support confident application of new knowledge and skills for leadership analysis, planning and performance tracking.
Learning is supported by expert tutor guidance and resources, with flexible delivery available to suit your role and schedule. In this course, you will learn to navigate high-level challenges and gain the ability to evaluate initiatives within your role.
By the end of the course you will have improved your confidence and be able to demonstrate your progress through an accredited certificate.
