Digital Empowerment Coach - ILM Level 5 is an accredited short course designed to develop practical capability that can be applied straight away.
Accredited by ILM, the programme provides a focused route to upskilling while still delivering a recognised qualification at Level 5. Across 16 credits, you will explore real-world scenarios and complete guided activities that support confident application of new knowledge and skills.
Learning is supported by tutor guidance and resources, with flexible delivery available to suit your role and schedule. You will build evidence of competence as you progress and reflect on how to embed learning in your organisation.
By the end of this course you will have improved your confidence and be able to demonstrate your progress through an accredited certificate. This certification will help you to develop coaching and mentoring capability using digital tools to support goal setting, feedback, reflection and continuous improvement.

Assessment is designed to be practical and focused on applying learning in real situations. You will complete guided activities and build evidence of your skills and understanding, supported by tutor feedback throughout. Where required by the awarding organisation, evidence is collated into a portfolio and quality assured. Successful completion leads to an accredited certificate.
