Paul Williams, a Product Manager, is currently working towards the Level 3 Digital Skills for Business qualification through Aspire 2Be.
Paul decided to enrol on the course as an opportunity for further personal development within his current role. Since beginning the qualification in May 2024, he has thoroughly enjoyed working through the assignments and has completed around 25% of the programme.
From the outset, Paul found the course easy to navigate through Smart Assessor and appreciated learning about tools that have assisted him on a day-to-day basis within his role.
The first three assignments — Digital Communications, Digital Collaboration and Spreadsheet Software — provided Paul with a fresh outlook and introduced new skills that he has already been able to apply in his work.
Paul also highlighted the value of the support he has received from his Trainer Coach, Clare. The monthly meetings have helped him stay on track with assignments and work through any obstacles, ensuring he remains focused on his progress throughout the qualification.
Overall, Paul has been very positive about his experience and is looking forward to continuing his learning journey. The qualification has already helped him develop practical digital skills that support both his current role and his ongoing professional development.
