Samuel Hillier is currently undertaking the Digital Skills for Business course with Aspire 2Be.
Samuel particularly enjoys the balance between practical work and theoretical learning throughout the course. He has been able to explore different processes and applications, develop his skills in creating documents and spreadsheets, and build knowledge that directly supports his role and skillset.
He is also pleased with the progress he has made so far and highlighted the support he has received from his Trainer Coach, Clare. Whether providing technical advice or helping him better understand module requirements, Clare’s guidance has played an important part in his learning journey.
Samuel also values the flexibility of the programme. The monthly assignments allow him to maintain a good balance between work and home life, while digital platforms such as Smart Assessor provide easy access to supporting documents that help him complete each module.
As part of his ongoing development, Samuel will also be undertaking smaller learning modules to further improve his skills with the applications he uses on a daily basis. He is looking forward to completing the course and is excited to explore other learning opportunities that may be available in the future.
