I am really enjoying the Digital Skills for Business course because it offers a great blend of practical work.
I can explore other processes and applications to create documents and spreadsheets, and theoretical knowledge, which makes learning both engaging and relevant to my role and skillset.
I am very happy with the way I am progressing through the course and my Trainer Coach, Clare, has been a massive help with any queries that I have, whether that is technical advice or helping me understand what certain modules are asking for.
Having monthly assignments allows me to have a good balance with work and home life, along with easy-to-use applications such as Smart Assessor which supplies supporting documents that can be easily accessed to assist with modules. Additionally, I will be undertaking separate smaller learning modules to improve my skillset with applications that I use daily.
I am looking forward to completing the course and I am excited to see what other courses are available in the future.
