Who's it for?
This Skills Bootcamp is ideal for adults seeking to enter the tech sector, whether from a non-technical background or looking to upskill and transition into software or cloud-based development roles. No previous qualifications are required, though basic digital literacy and a strong commitment to learning are expected.

What you'll achieve
Learners will complete the following qualifications:
- BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile – an industry-recognised qualification that introduces Agile methodologies and prepares learners to work effectively within Agile teams.
Plus one of the following vendor certifications (based on learner pathway and career goals):
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner – ideal for those beginning a cloud journey and looking to understand AWS infrastructure and services.
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate – suitable for learners with some coding experience, focusing on developing and maintaining AWS-based applications.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals – for those pursuing a Microsoft cloud development track, covering core Azure concepts and services.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals – perfect for learners interested in low-code development, data analysis, and business automation tools.

Employability Support (CIAG)
In addition to technical training, learners will receive comprehensive employability support designed to improve job readiness and support successful career transitions.
This includes:
- CV development tailored to specific job roles
- Interview techniques and preparation
- Guidance on reviewing and applying for live entry-level vacancies
- Interview simulations and confidence-building activities
- One-to-one careers coaching and personalised action planning
- Support with progression into further training, apprenticeships, or employment
- Employer engagement opportunities throughout the programme
All employability activities will be supported by a dedicated Employability Coach, working closely with learners to ensure they are prepared and confident.
