I first heard about the Digital Skills for Business micro-credentials course through my manager, who recommended it as personal development.
I decided to do the course as I am passionate about learning new digital skills and saw this as an ideal opportunity to advance my expertise.
In my current role, I frequently use a variety of digital tools. However, I wanted to boost my confidence and efficiency. The course has really helped me in my role, as I regularly use some of the applications that were covered. It enhanced my confidence in these applications while also exploring new tools I hadn’t previously worked with, such as Google Docs.
The course covered a number of essential digital tools, offering both a refresher on tools I was already familiar with and introducing new features. The course tutor played a vital role, providing patient, supportive guidance that enhanced the learning experience.
I have since recommended the course to colleagues, as it’s a great opportunity to build new skills and refresh existing knowledge.
