Elev8 is Aspire 2Be’s flagship programme for pupils aged 9–16, designed to engage them in industry-relevant learning through dynamic, project-based experiences. By tackling real-world challenges with creative digital tools, Elev8 helps young people build transferable skills that prepare them for further education, future careers, and beyond.
Our Elev8 pathways include:
- Digital Tycoons (Page 14) – Develop entrepreneurial thinking by creating, refining, and pitching business ideas in a simulated marketplace.
- Design For Life (Page 16) – Explore sustainability, creativity, and innovation through design thinking and hands-on activities with Minecraft for Education.
- Create Academy (Page 18) – Gain practical experience in digital creativity, from media production to storytelling, building valuable skills for the modern workplace.
Elev8 is an Educ8 Group–wide programme. In addition to our digital pathways, learners can also access opportunities in Hair & Beauty and Engineering, giving them the chance to discover and develop skills across a broad range of industries.
