Digital Product Management - Level 4 is an accredited short course designed to develop practical capability that can help you to guide a product through its entire lifecycle.


Accredited by Agored Cymru, this programme provides a focused route to upskilling while still delivering a recognised qualification at Level 4.

Across 15 credits, you will explore real-world scenarios and complete guided activities that will enable you to discover the core principles of digital product management.
 
Learning is supported by tutor guidance and resources, with flexible delivery available to suit your role and schedule. You will build evidence of competence as you progress and reflect on how to embed learning in your organisation.
 
By the end of the course you will be able to demonstrate your progress through an accredited certificate. The course will help you to guide a digital product through its lifecycle, applying user-centred design, agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and analytics with ethical and sustainability standards.

Modules:

  • Understanding core concepts and roles of digital product management
  • Understanding the digital product lifecycle and methodologies
  • Understanding user engagement and stakeholder communication, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Understanding how to develop and manage digital product strategies and roadmaps, optimise digital product performance, operational aspects of live digital products
  • Understanding ethical and sustainability principles in digital product management

Assessment is designed to be practical and focused on applying learning in real situations. You will complete guided activities and build evidence of your skills and understanding, supported by tutor feedback throughout. Where required by the awarding organisation, evidence is collated into a portfolio and quality assured. Successful completion leads to an accredited certificate.
