Through this course, you will develop foundational Microsoft 365 administration skills, building the confidence to manage Copilot and agents safely and responsibly. You'll gain a high-level understanding of core services, identity, security and data governance, helping you prepare your organisation for AI-powered productivity tools.
This course covers the core services and objects of Microsoft 365, identity and access, conditional access and the role of Microsoft Purview in data protection. You will explore the data security implications of Copilot, oversharing in SharePoint and the basic tasks used to administer Copilot and agents.

Preparing for the AB-900 exam
The AB-900 exam is delivered online under proctoring and assesses your understanding of Microsoft 365 services, data governance and basic Copilot and agent administration. You will have 45 minutes to take the exam. Questions may include multiple choice, scenario-based and interactive items aligned to the official skills measured. Standard Microsoft exam retake policies apply. On passing, you earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals credential.
