MICROSOFT CERTIFIED COURSES

Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC900

Course Information

Gain a clear grounding in Microsoft’s security, compliance and identity (SCI) capabilities with the Microsoft SC900 certification.

Through this course, you will discover the fundamentals of security, compliance, and identity within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will understand key concepts, tools, and principles that help protect data, manage access, and support organisational compliance.

This accredited Microsoft course explains essential security concepts before exploring Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, and compliance solutions such as Purview and Priva. You will understand how these services work together across Azure and Microsoft 365 to reduce risk, strengthen identity, and meet regulatory requirements.

Through short, realistic scenarios you will see how zero trust moves from principle to practice, how labels and policies help you protect sensitive information, and how secure score keeps your posture moving in the right direction.

By the end of the Microsoft Security Fundamentals course, you will be able to have confident conversations with security specialists, understand how the Microsoft ecosystem works as a whole, and plan your next steps with purpose.
