Following a number of previous successful collaborative projects, Aspire 2Be were approached by Awen Libraries in early 2021 to redesign and redevelop their existing website.
The A2B team worked closely with Toni Cosson, Head of Marketing and Communications, throughout the project to identify the key areas which the Libraries needed to be easily accessible, in as few clicks as possible.
With close consideration of the Awen Trust brand, the team gave the site a fresh and clean new look whilst still incorporating their vast array of invaluable resources, with direct links from the home page to each key area; online resources, ‘find, renew, reserve’ and local and family history records.
With a growing demand for online accessibility and virtual events, the team also integrated a seamless library events management system, along with a new video feed which will enable Awen Libraries to host a variety of online content and virtual events.

After the success of the new website, A2B are continuing to work closely with Awen Libraries on several other innovative projects, including immersive 360 library tours and bespoke CPD training.
