This programme is accredited by Agored Cymru and delivers a recognised accreditation at Level 4.

Across 4 credits, you will explore real-world scenarios and complete guided activities that will give you the knowledge to transform raw data into compelling narratives. Learning is supported by expert tutor guidance and resources, with flexible delivery available to suit your role and schedule.
 
The accreditation will help you to create clear, impactful stories using storytelling frameworks, visualisation tools and best practice to support reports, presentations and decision-making. You’ll explore key tools and techniques that make data more accessible and actionable.

  • Communicating complex information by data storytelling
  • Evaluating the data storytelling process

Assessment is designed to be practical and focused on applying learning in real situations. You will complete guided activities and build evidence of your skills and understanding, supported by tutor feedback throughout. You will develop a portfolio of evidence to showcase your knowledge and competency to obtain certification.
