Digital Empowerment Coach

Course Information

This Digital Empowerment Coach short course is designed to introduce participants to the core principles and practices of coaching and mentoring in today’s fast-paced digital workplace.

As organisations continue to adapt to new ways of working, the ability to support, guide, and develop others has become an increasingly important skill for managers, team leaders, and professionals across a wide range of roles.

Coaching and mentoring can play a valuable role in improving performance, building confidence, and supporting positive change across teams and organisations. Whether you are helping colleagues navigate digital transformation, supporting professional development, or building stronger working relationships, this course provides a practical introduction to the skills and approaches needed to coach effectively in modern workplace settings.
