This introductory course for AZ900 training is designed for anyone looking to discover foundational cloud concepts. You will explore global infrastructure, core building blocks such as compute, storage and networking, and the governance features that help organisations stay in control...

We introduce responsibility in the cloud, identity and access concepts, defence in depth, and the basics of pricing, SLAs and support so you can make informed choices. Guided by our Aspire 2Be expert trainers, each topic is grounded in everyday scenarios that can be related back to your daily role, from shaping a simple proof of concept to planning a move of an on-premises workload.

By the end of this course, you will feel confident in the fundamentals of Azure, understand where popular services fit, and know how to progress your learning. You will be well placed to collaborate more effectively with technical colleagues and suppliers on your next cloud project.

• Pricing calculators and TCO considerations
• Service Level Agreements and lifecycle
• Support plans and monitoring options

The assessment for this course lasts for 45 minutes and is delivered online. Questions are multiple choice and scenario based, and the exam is proctored. You will encounter domains covering cloud concepts, Azure services, security, governance and cost management.
