Digital Skills for Business is an accredited short course designed to enhance your digital capabilities and provide the skills required for working in a business environment.
This programme is accredited by Agored Cymru and provides a focused route to upskilling while still delivering a recognised qualification at either Level 1 or 2.
Across both Level 1 and Level 2, you will develop the digital competencies needed to grow within your role. Guided by expert tutors and supported by flexible delivery to suit your schedule, you will build evidence of your skills as you progress.
You will strengthen your confidence with essential workplace tools, including word processing, spreadsheets and email, with optional units such as collaboration or presentations.
At Level 2, you will further develop your capabilities across 11 credits, applying your learning to real-world scenarios and reflecting on how to embed these skills within your organisation.
By the end of either course, you will be able to demonstrate your progress through an accredited certificate and apply your digital skills more effectively in the workplace.

Assessment is designed to be practical and focused on applying learning in real situations. You will complete guided activities and build evidence of your skills and understanding, supported by tutor feedback throughout. you will develop a portfolio of evidence to showcase your knowledge and competency to obtain certification.
