Across 4 credits, you will explore key AI concepts, how AI operates and how it can be used in a professional environment. Learning is supported by tutor guidance and resources, with flexible delivery available to suit your role and schedule. You will build evidence of competence as you progress throughout this short course and reflect on how to embed learning in your organisation.
 
The course will help you to build a practical understanding of AI concepts (including generative AI), workplace applications, limitations and ethical considerations for responsible use.
 
By the end of this AI training course for businesses, you will have a solid understanding of the principles of AI and how it can be used within the workplace. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge through an accredited certificate.

  • Understand the principles of artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Understand the use of generative AI for sourcing information
  • Understand the use of generative AI for summarising information
  • Understand the use of AI for data analysis
  • Understand what would constitute unethical use of AI
 

Assessment is designed to be practical and focused on applying learning in real situations. You will complete guided activities and build evidence of your skills and understanding, supported by tutor feedback throughout. You will develop a portfolio of evidence to showcase your knowledge and competency to obtain certification.
