MICROSOFT BUSINESS SKILLS

Getting Started with Microsoft 365

Course Information

Discover how Microsoft 365 brings your everyday tools together to support simple, reliable teamwork with this Microsoft 365 training course.

Discover how Microsoft 365 brings together a range of tools to support effective communication, collaboration, and organisation. You’ll gain a high-level understanding of how to work with shared files, connect with others, and use core applications more efficiently.

In this course, you will explore the core apps that help you communicate, organise files and connect with customers in a more efficient manner. We cover how to access the right tools for the task, store and share documents in OneDrive and collaborate with colleagues in a way that reduces duplication.

You will practise short scenarios that mirror real work, such as preparing a file for a client, sharing it securely and capturing follow‑up actions. By the end, you will have a clearer view of how Microsoft 365 fits your role and practical habits you can apply straight away.
Module 1: The Microsoft 365 toolkit
Module 2: OneDrive and collaboration basics
Module 3: Working in a simulated business scenario
Module 4: Customer engagement options

There is no formal exam for this course. Learning is supported through guided discussion, practical examples and scenario-based activities across the day. Following the course you will receive a certificate of completion to include in your professional development file.
