This practical Microsoft Copilot course helps your team understand what AI is and how Microsoft tools can support everyday work.


Build confidence with Copilot Chat, Agent and Vision to ask better questions, refine prompts and get clearer, more useful results. Through this course, you will see how Copilot fits into the tools you already use, with guided activities in Word and PowerPoint to draft, rewrite and polish content in less time while keeping your voice and intent.

In this course, we explore real working scenarios such as summarising meetings, structuring a response to a customer query and planning tasks using AI tools. We then reflect on when to trust automation and when to review more carefully. Collaboration is a core theme: we look at how shared content, prompting techniques and simple conventions help teams work together without version sprawl. Finally, you will sample creative options to broaden ideas, including turning images into short video clips and building a simple chatbot for a repeated question.
 
Throughout, we focus on safe, responsible use of AI tools and practical habits you can apply the same day. By the end, you will be able to use Copilot with purpose, create better prompts and choose the right features to streamline your workload.

There is no formal exam for this course. Learning is supported through guided discussion, practical examples and scenario-based activities across the day. Following the course you will receive a certificate of completion to include in your professional development file.
