Build on your existing Microsoft Teams knowledge, developing more structured and effective ways of working. You’ll gain a high-level understanding of how to design channels, use apps and tabs purposefully, and manage communication and meetings more effectively to keep teams aligned and work moving forward.

In this advanced Teams course, you will revisit team and channel setup with an eye on clarity, and explore how apps and tabs can streamline processes to help you work more efficiently. You will delve deeper into meetings and communication methods. We look at preparation, structure and follow‑up, and how features such as notes and recordings support those who could not attend. You will leave with practical patterns to reduce noise, make information easier to find and keep momentum between meetings.
 
This Microsoft Teams training course reinforces the core capabilities of Teams while helping you use them more deliberately: understanding components, creating channels with purpose, using apps and tabs to bring tools into context, and applying collaboration features that support clear decisions. If you already use Teams daily, this session helps you sharpen habits, simplify your workspace and coach colleagues in ways of working that stick.
